Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on our items. If you have any issues at all with your order, please contact us via email at hello@cocktailhour.com.au as soon as possible.Â

We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged during transit.  Â
If you need to exchange an item, due to receiving a defective or damaged item (that is in stock), then please email us at hello@cocktailhour.com.auÂ
