TIPS FOR CITRUS WEDGES
To make wedges out of limes/lemons, cut each citrus in half lengthwise & then cut each half in equal quarters lengthwise...VOILA...you now have the perfect wedges! *Please note, smaller citrus may only have to be cut in thirds lengthwise, after being halved.
