Delivery within AUSTRALIA

  •  We endeavour to have all orders processed & dispatched via AUSPOST on the next business day after the order is received. Once your order has been posted, you will be notified via email, with tracking details.
  • Due to the nature of the current climate, there may be some unexpected delivery delays with postal carriers, so we urge customers to place their orders as soon as possible, to alleviate any unforeseen delays that may occur.
  • Please note interstate deliveries may have unforeseen delays due to the current climate & we ask that you are understanding in this regard.

  • Please note that any orders placed on, or the day before a public holiday OR on a weekend, will have an extended delivery time of 1-2 business days, as packages cannot be dispatched on a weekend or public holiday. 
  • We know that you are eagerly awaiting your package & we will do all we can to get it to you in the fastest way possible. We got you!

  • We are currently not accepting international orders (outside of Australia), at present.

Cocktail Club Subscription Policy

When you purchase a monthly Cocktail Club subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration & frequency that you have accepted.

Your payment details will be stored securely & you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel, pause or change your subscription, you can do this at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
